Who qualifies for ProBucks?
Customers who are not enrolled in any special pricing program and remain in good credit
standing are eligible. Customers who receive special pricing or discounts through up-front
pricing plans, rebates or bid pricing will not qualify for ProBucks enrollment.
What is needed to enroll in ProBucks?
As long as an account qualifies for ProBucks enrollment, all that’s needed is a valid email address
because rewards notifications are sent via email.
What sales qualify for ProBucks?
Sales at established wholesale prices or set promotional price sales qualify. Any product
price that is manually overridden, discounted, quoted, etc. will be excluded from a customer’s
ProBucks qualifying sales.
Are there any product exclusions or exceptions to ProBucks earning?
Andersen products, special order items, non-stocked items and certain low-margin Harvey
products* are excluded from a customer’s ProBucks qualifying sales. Lansing reserves the right
to change program rules at any time.
When will I start earning ProBucks?
You start earning ProBucks on the date that your enrollment is approved. No retro sales will
qualify. A sales order is calculated towards ProBucks the date it is paid and shipped. However,
the create date of the sales order must be on or after the ProBucks enrollment date to qualify.
How do I know I’ve earned ProBucks?
All ProBucks notifications and reminders are sent via email. Rewards appear automatically on
your account the day after they are earned and can be used toward a future purchase.
Where can I find my ProBucks balance?
Your ProBucks balance can be viewed any time by logging into LansingNOW.com and navigating
to the ProBucks tab under Customer Programs. In addition, you will be able to view the date each
reward was earned and when each reward expires.
When do ProBucks expire?
Login to LansingNOW.com to view the expiration dates of each earned ProBucks reward.
What are the levels and ProBucks reward amounts?
Levels begin at $1,000 and cap at $50,000 in sales:
• From $1,000 to $5,000, earn a $50 reward for every $1,000 spent
• From $6,000 to $10,000, earn a $75 reward for every $1,000 spent
• From $11,000 to $50,000, earn a $100 reward for every $1,000 spent
What can ProBucks rewards be used for?
ProBucks can be applied toward any future product purchase at Lansing Building Products that
meets a minimum order value (not including tax and delivery) that is double the value of the
ProBucks you wish to use. Rewards cannot be redeemed for cash, toward a previously placed
order, or as payment on invoices or outstanding balances. Some examples are:
• $50 ProBucks, minimum order value of $100
• $75 ProBucks, minimum order value of $150
• $100 ProBucks, minimum order value of $200
What is the program year / when does the year restart?
The program runs on a calendar year basis, so earnings levels are reset to $0 on January 1 of
each year. Customers who continue to meet enrollment qualifications do not need to re-enroll.
